We built a full-scale replica of the Twisted Metal ice cream van for a gaming promotion. The vehicle measured over four metres long and nearly three metres tall, constructed from corrugated board and foamex with internal steel framing at key load points. Weathered paint effects were achieved through multi-layer digital printing.
